At present, our shipping is limited to the United States.

As soon as you order, we'll give you an idea of when your items will arrive based on what's available and your chosen shipping method. You'll see estimated shipping dates on the shipping quotes page for the provider you select. Just a heads up: we're closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so if you order during those days, we'll ship your items on Thursday. Have a great day!

It is important to be aware that the shipping costs for numerous products we offer are determined by their weight. You can locate the weight of an item on its specific page. All weights will be rounded up to the nearest pound to align with the guidelines of the shipping companies that we utilize.

Returns Policy
We want you to love everything you order from us! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit. And don't worry about shipping costs - if the return is a result of our error (like if you received an incorrect or defective item), we'll cover the shipping for you.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Need to return an item? No worries, it's easy! Just log in to your account, go to the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click on the Return Item(s) button. We'll take care of the rest and let you know via email once your refund has been processed. Thanks for shopping with us!
